Program Description
The purpose of the certificate in leadership is to enhance skills in positively influencing others and managing change through values-based leadership strategies. Professionals ready to advance from individual contributors to proactive managers and leaders in their chosen field will benefit from this focused course in study.

Leadership Certificate

Students must complete the certificate program within three years. Students are expected to earn a grade of B or above in all courses and must maintain a 3.000 cumulative grade point average to earn the certificate in leadership.
