At the Lemonis Center for Student Success, we believe all students can flourish and thrive at Marquette with the right resources and support. Grounded in a holistic approach, we provide academic and career readiness services, engaging programming that fosters a sense of belonging and student well-being, and coordinated access to a caring, campuswide network of support for students of all backgrounds and disciplines.

At the heart of the Lemonis Center is the Ask Me Desk, which serves as a single point of contact for students seeking information or assistance—in person, by email, by phone, or virtually. A key goal of the Lemonis Center is to normalize help-seeking early in the student experience and to provide a welcoming, supportive environment, especially for those who may be unsure where to begin. By housing both the Academic Resource Center (ARC) and the Career Center, the Lemonis Center streamlines access to essential services, including academic coaching,tutoring, major selection guidance, career exploration, and experiential learning opportunities. The Center’s collaborative spaces include open study areas, technology-enhanced reservable rooms, and a commuter lounge, creating a dynamic environment for learning, social interaction, collaboration, and innovation.
