Teaching Science Grades K-9, Major
This major is open only to students enrolled in the Elementary/Middle Education program in the College of Education.
Interested students should see the College of Education’s director of undergraduate advising.
College of Education students majoring in Elementary/Middle Education and intending to teach natural sciences must complete the following courses to qualify for Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction licensure. This major is not recommended for majoring in Middle/Secondary Education due to divergent licensure standards.
