Environmental Engineering minors are educated to understand the basic principles of environmental engineering. Environmental Engineering minors can work in fields related to the management and planning of environmental engineering infrastructure including drinking water, wastewater management and treatment, hazardous and solid waste remediation, storm water management, and protection of lakes, rivers and streams. Marquette Environmental Engineering minors typically go on to work for municipalities and other government organizations, regulatory agencies and industries.
Environmental Engineering Minor
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers a minor in environmental engineering to all undergraduate students in the university except those students in civil or environmental engineering. Completion of the minor is noted on the student’s transcript if the following requirements are met:
