Provides mentorship in the design and development of a project that is completed in the capstone course. Includes researching a topic of interest, defining a scope of project and securing a faculty mentor and community partner/organization. S/U grade assessment.
Prerequisite: Declared Public Health and Equity minor, MLSC 2060 and Sr. stndg.

PBHE 4997  Public Health and Equity Capstone  (3 credits)  
A culminating, integrated experiential course for students pursuing a minor in Public Health. Students complete the project developed in PBHE 4667 in a real-world setting through partnership with a community based, governmental or global health organization.
Prerequisite: PBHE 4667.
